Gather My Crew pivots around a list of ‘needs’. This list identifies a range of practical tasks that are part of daily living. Gatherers request assistance with these tasks to help support them through difficult times.
This unique approach means that people using Gather My Crew are not left to work out the sort of help they might need at a time when they are unlikely to be thinking clearly.
The needs list, combined with the online rostering system, ensures that people using Gather My Crew can get the right kind of support at the right time from the right people.
